Margaret Zabel is a specialist in customer centred business transformation, brand strategy, innovation, digital communications, customer experience and change leadership. She has 20 years of senior executive experience working across major companies and brands in FMCG, food, technology and communications industries including multinationals, ASX 100 and not-for-profits. Ms Zabel was national marketing director of Lion Nathan, vice president of marketing for McDonald’s Australia, and chief executive and board director of The Communications Council. Ms Zabel was also a non-executive board director for mental health charity R U OK? for 5 years. She is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, holds an MBA from INSEAD, France and a Bachelor in Mathematics from the University of Waterloo, Canada.
