Marcia Baker (nee Fitzmaurice) has over 11 years of accounting, taxation, superannuation and business advisory experience focusing on family businesses and high networth individuals. This includes taxation planning, business restructuring and succession and transition planning for business exit strategies. She works across a number of industry sectors with an emphasis on commercial and residential builders and is a core member of the firm’s real estate and construction industry group. She has vast knowledge in the areas of small business concessions and taxation of trusts. Ms Fitzmaurice joined Grant Thornton's Perth office in 2012 and was associate director and partner. She became partner in their private advisory division and relocated to the Sydney office in early 2017.
