Mans Shapshak is responsible for the delivery of consulting, custom engineering and professional services to Norwood System’s enterprise customers. He leads dedicated teams that address the technical challenges faced by customers in the financial services, health care, legal, logistics and other industries. In order to accelerate business innovation, Mr Shapshak and his team work with its community of engineers, business development teams, account managers, and the company’s ecosystem of systems integrators and partners to meet the unique requirements of global enterprise customers. Mr Shapshak has more than 25 years of consulting and project management experience in telecommunications and IT. He has degrees in Physics and Computational Plasma Physics from UC Berkeley and The Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm, and industry certifications in Project Management (PMP) and IT Operations (ITIL).
