Malcolm Jezewski

Malcolm Jezewski is an associate in the construction & engineering and international dispute resolution teams at Squire Patton Boggs. He acted for public and private owners and international contractors in major construction and engineering projects and in smaller-scale residential developments. Mr Jezewski completed an 18-month secondment with Squire Patton Boggs' Dubai office where he worked primarily on arbitration and alternative dispute resolution in forums that include the ICC and DIAC. He had worked in-house at UGL Resources, where he was primarily involved in claims preparation and administration on the Pluto LNG project. He has extensive experience with variation, extension of time and delay and disruption claims. His role also saw him responsible for preparing presentations for on-site project personnel on the practical implications and requirements for compliance with key contract risk areas including notice requirements, written directions, variations and delays. Mr Jezewski understands the commercial difficulties and strategic issues that clients face during the currency of a project and when securing entitlements before and after completion.
