Mal Harford

Mal Harford has over 35 years' experience primarily in the areas of commercial and property law. Mr Harford graduated from the University of Western Australia with a Bachelor of Jurisprudence and a Bachelor of Laws in 1979. He was admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Western Australia in 1981. Mr Harford has particular expertise in property acquisitions and sales, property development and joint ventures, commercial and retail leasing, estate and business succession planning, business acquisitions and sales. Mr Harford advised numerous private companies and individuals in relation to property and commercial matters, including very large transactions and developments.
