Maha Chaar

Maha Chaar is a corporate and commercial dispute resolution lawyer at Norton Rose Fulbright. She has been involved at the Federal and Supreme Court level, in many major commercial litigation matters including several high profile cases.

Her work involves all forms of litigation and dispute resolution and spans a variety of fields including resources, contractual disputes, Corporations Act disputes, trustee and fiduciary duties, torts disputes, leasing disputes, misleading and deceptive conduct, shareholder disputes, trade practices and competition law, directors' duties, professional negligence, insolvency matters, and conspiracy to cause economic harm.

Ms Chaar holds a Master of Laws, Bachelor of Laws (Honours), and a Bachelor of Science.
