Mae Cardaci is a qualified solicitor. She has previously worked in Perth, Melbourne and Singapore with Herbert Smith Freehills and specialises in commercial litigation and dispute resolution in company law, contract, and competition and consumer law.
Ms Cardaci was co-founder and president of Monash University Students in Free Enterprise, a non-for-profit organisation supporting the growth of economic opportunities in local disadvantaged communities. She has a strong passion for global and international arts and culture being a regular attendee at museums, exhibitions, opera, theatre and fashion throughout Australia and overseas.
Ms Cardaci is chair of the WA Museum Foundation’s Community Fundraising Committee, the Artefact Circle, and Ambassador for the Noongar Shakespeare Project with the Yirra Yaakin Theatre Company. She joined the board of WA Museum Foundation in October 2016.
