Luke Pavlos has over 20 years of commercial property and real estate experience.
Mr Pavlos studied Property and Marketing at Curtin University, and secured a job at the Valuer General's office upon graduating where he also obtained his valuer’s license.
He has worked in metropolitan and country town markets where he was exposed to a diverse range of property including offices, industrials, hotels, shopping centres, engobo land, and valued whole towns including Kalgoorlie, Karratha and Port Hedland.
Mr Pavlos became the head of office leasing at Ray White Commercial WA in February 2022. Prior to that, he was the director of capital markets at Lease Equity for over 8 years where he was responsible in overseeing all office and commercial leasing and sales transactions, with a particular emphasis on CBD assets. Mr Pavlos has over 10 years of commercial property experience across a broad range of commercial and industrial asset classes, with a particular emphasis on the leasing and selling of CBD and fringe CBD commercial office developments.
He is also a Certified Practising Valuer and holds a Triennial Certificate as a Licenced Real Estate and Business Agent.
