Lucy Gauvin is a corporate and commercial lawyer with over 20 years of experience, primarily in the energy and resources sector. Her experience covers all legal, corporate and commercial aspects of the upstream oil and gas business including joint ventures, gas sales and marketing, infrastructure access, business & asset acquisitions and divestments, procurement, capital raisings, mergers and acquisitions, project financing, corporate governance and compliance.
Prior to joining Strike Energy as general counsel in April 2017, Ms Gauvin was a partner in the corporate and commercial team at national law firm Piper Alderman, and a partner at boutique Adelaide-based energy and resources law firm Watsons Lawyers.
Ms Gauvin is also a non-executive director of public company entX (previously PhosEnergy), a technology incubator that generates ideas, builds development partnerships and commercialises breakthrough clean energy technologies.
