Liz Allnutt

Liz Allnutt is an energy and resources lawyer whose primary area of practice is in the resources sector. She specialises in drafting, negotiating and advising on contracts for mining, oil and gas, and infrastructure projects. In addition to contract negotiation, Ms Allnutt also has experience in asset acquisition, due diligence investigations, project structuring and offtake arrangements. She has advised clients (both as principals and contractors) on resources projects in Australia, China, East Timor, Europe and various countries in Africa. Ms Allnutt has presented at industry seminars and conferences, and conducted client-specific workshops on a range of topics including contract formation and project risk management.
