Lital Hymans

Lital Hymans practises in the areas of commercial advice and litigation with a particular focus on large-scale commercial litigation, contractual disputes, defamation, intellectual property disputes and corporate governance disputes. She is involved in several major commercial and corporate litigation matters in the Supreme, Federal and appellate Court, and has acted in a broad range of matters in Western Australia, Victoria and New South Wales. Ms Hymans completed her articles with Lavan where she benefited from wide-ranging experience in liquor licensing, employment law, corporate and commercial advice and litigation, intellectual property, trade practices, general litigation and insolvency.
