Lionel Louw is a partner and co-founder of VCI, a global strategy, design and change consulting firm. He has extensive project lead experience in architecting and implementing transformational projects across multiple continents. Mr Louw is an industry level strategist, change catalyst and executive team facilitator. He has specific industry expertise pertaining to mining (most commodity groups) and oil & gas. He has also been instrumental in several iconic transformation projects in Australia, the Americas, Asia and Africa over the last two decades. Clients included BHP Billiton, Rio Tinto, Newcrest, ConocoPhillips, Woodside and InterOil.
