Linda Richardson

Linda Richardson was admitted to the Supreme Court of Western Australia in 2000 and to the High Court of Australia in 2003. She commenced working in the area of family and divorce law in 2000 and became an Accredited Family Law Specialist in 2009. She is experienced in all areas of family and divorce law including financial matters, preparing Consent Orders, drafting Financial Agreements and arrangements for children. Ms Richardson joined Kim Wilson & Co in 2006 as a senior associate and became a director in July 2007. She is rated by Doyle’s Guide as one of the Leading Family & Divorce Lawyer in Western Australia 2016, Preeminent Family and Divorce Lawyers in Western Australia 2017, Preeminent Leading Family and Divorce Lawyers in Western Australia 2018, and Leading Family Lawyers (High-Value and Complex Property Matters) in Western Australia 2018. Ms Richardson has participated in a large number of successful mediations, in both financial and parenting matters.
