Leslie Vance

Les Vance has over 25 years of executive experience across transformation and program delivery, risk and governance, operations and line management.

Joining Westpac in 2008, Mr Vance has held a variety of senior roles including as chief operating officer in the consumer division, and chief risk officer of BT Financial Group. Prior to Westpac, he was the group executive for external funds at Investa Property Group and chief executive for gaming at TAB.

Mr Vance commenced his career as a solicitor at legal firm Freehills.

He holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Laws with Honours, both from the University of Queensland.
