Dr Russell has over 25 years of experience and leadership in the international pharmaceutical field as a chief medical officer. She has undertaken clinical development in a number of therapeutic areas including haematology/oncology, and has had new drug approvals with both Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and European Medicines Agency (EMA).
Dr Russell also has experience as a director of NASDAQ-listed pharmaceutical companies.
She is a member of the Royal College of Physicians UK.
