Leigh Dyson is a Chartered Accountant with over 15 years of experience in a professional practice. He has significant level of experience in advising public and private clients, locally and internationally, on tax issues arising from structuring, restructuring, mergers and acquisitions. He has gained specific experience with many industries including health, technology, property, construction development, mineral, oil and gas, and funds management sectors. Mr Dyson has significant experience in assisting with complex family law matters in the capacity of litigation support and forensic accounting services. He advises a diverse client base, ranging from individuals and small business to corporate groups, on structuring/restructuring Australian and overseas assets, Division 7A management, income tax, capital gains tax, international tax, employee share schemes, property acquisition and development, GST and FBT.
