Laurie Thorpe has been the Western Australia state operations manager of Seagrass Boutique Hospitality Group since April 2016. The group includes Ribs & Burgers, The Meat & Wine Co, Hunter & Barrel, The Italian Street Kitchen, a family-operated franchise restaurant group Five Guys, 6 HEAD steakhouse, and Middle Eastern eatery Alma’s Kitchen.
