Laura Ruffles has been appointed global chief operating officer of Corporate Travel Management (CTM) in July 2018. She joined CTM in February 2010 as general manager of Australia before becoming chief operating officer in July 2010 and chief executive of Australia and New Zealand in March 2013. In late 2015, she was appointed an executive director in recognition of her leadership contribution to CTM’s success. Ms Ruffles has more than 20 years of experience leading local, regional and global business strategy including 10 years at American Express. She has a Master of Business Administration from the Australian Institute of Business.
