Laura Colvin

Laura Colvin leads St John of God Subiaco Hospital’s nursing and midwifery services to ensure a planned and strategic approach to the delivery of hospital-wide clinical matters and the provision of exceptional patient-centred care. Prior to her current appointment in May 2014, she was deputy director of nursing, inpatient services for 9 years. Ms Colvin has 30 years’ experience in health management roles across the private and public sector, including as director of nursing at the Joondalup Health Campus. Her qualifications include a Postgraduate Diploma in Health Administration, a Graduate Certificate in Leadership and Catholic culture, and a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
