Kylie Morrell is a commercial lawyer with experience on a broad range of transactions and agreements in the areas of energy, oil & gas, resources and infrastructure. Her expertise includes advising major energy and resource companies and energy utilities on transactional, commercial and regulatory matters. She provides advice on issues including asset acquisitions and disposals, energy regulation, gas and electricity retail issues and upstream & downstream energy contracting.
