Kylie Mathieson is a provisional psychologist with over 20 years of experience in the health and fitness industry. She has worked with a number of government and NGOs to develop and implement health and wellbeing programs including the Department of Sport and Recreation’s ActiveSmart program. Her multi-award winning innovations have included the use of interactive gaming systems and the internet to increase social interaction and the mental wellbeing of those living in aged care homes. Ms Mathieson is a board member of a social enterprise focused on environmental sustainability and reducing unemployment, and consults to HBF as part of the HBF Corporate Wellness Presentation Series. She is a highly experienced educator, public speaker and coach with a particular interest in positive psychology which uses strengths-based approaches to enable individual and organisational flourishing.
