Kylie Britton

Kylie Britton is a partner of Dentons. She joined the litigation and dispute resolution practice in March 2007. Admitted as a solicitor in October 2002, Ms Britton's principal area of practice is in bankruptcy law where she has acted on behalf of trustees in bankruptcy and creditors in all aspects of bankruptcy law. She also has vast experience in corporate insolvency; banking and financial services litigation; acting on behalf of receivers, administrators and liquidators on issues associated with insolvent administrations; and acted for numerous lenders in relation to complex civil litigation (both secured and unsecured) and shortfall issues.
