Kevin Pallas

Kevin Pallas has senior management and leadership experience through a 24-year career in engineering, mining supplies, metals and manufacturing industries. Mr Pallas specialises in financial and cost accounting systems' design and development, and operational and commercial management for a number of multinationals in South Africa, New Zealand, Singapore and Australia. Mr Pallas joined Engenco in 2007 as chief operations officer and became chief financial officer from 2013 to 2015. Mr Pallas has been a key player of Engenco, structuring the finance and administration functions as well as driving strategic planning and business improvement initiatives. His knowledge of the Engenco core businesses has contributed to the recent restructuring of the Group.
