Kevin Donnelly is an internationally recognised speaker and trainer in the fields of logistics and contract management, probity and procurement. He is the team leader of the Stantons International team conducting a major comparative study for the Western Australian and Commonwealth Governments of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) and the Western Australian MyWay service delivery models. He is also the principal probity advisor to the WA Department of Treasury, Strategic Projects and Asset Sales for the Tranche 1 disposal of the Perth Market Authority, the Fremantle Ports, the Utah Point Bulk Facility, and the new Perth Museum project.
