Kenneth Banks

Kenneth Banks is a qualified Chartered Secretary and a Fellow of the Chartered Governance Institute. He has been involved in the establishment of businesses in Australia, Indonesia, Zimbabwe, and Brazil.

Mr Banks has held senior management positions including as chief financial officer of two former ASX-listed mining companies, director of TWP Australia which belonged to an internationally listed multi-discipline mining engineering consultancy, and general manager of corporate at WA’s mining services businesses MLG Oz.
