Ken Preston

Ken Preston entered real estate in 1998 with Ray White. Prior to real estate, he began his professional life in the building industry in 1990 seeding his deep understanding and passion for property. From the building sector, he moved into property development, working in sales and marketing for the Smith Corporation and then the ABN Group. Mr Preston entered real estate 15 years ago within Ray White at Inglewood, progressing to become Sales Manager of the office and the Mt Lawley branch. In 2006 Mr Preston became state manager of the Ockerby Group. He re-joined Ray White soon after as the WA business development executive and state auctioneer, where he worked with agents and customers to promote the benefits of the auction process in the contemporary marketplace.
