Kelly Marshall was appointed chief financial & commercial officer at genU in 2025. She joined genU following its merger with Activ, where she was chief financial officer and later executive director. With more than 20 years’ experience in finance and executive leadership, she has guided complex organisations through significant change. Ms Marshall is a CPA and graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
