Keith Horstmann has been working in the resources development sector for more than 35 years and has extensive experience in mining, and oil & gas projects. Since 1994, he has been predominantly involved in the pipeline industry in various roles from project management through to business management. Mr Hortsmann joined OSD in 2005 to establish its Perth office, and subsequently held a number of senior executive positions with national and international responsibilities. He joined the board of OSD 2010 and has executive and general management responsibility for its Western Region operations. Mr Horstmann has a degree in Civil Engineering, a Diploma of Project Management, is a member of Engineers Australia and the Australian Institute of Company Directors, and a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management.
