Kathy Harrison has over 20 years' experience within the Australian biotech industry, focussing on commercialisation of company IP assets. Ms Harrison worked within ASX listed companies AMRAD Biotech, Cytopia Research and Phosphagenics in a wide variety of functions such as product development, clinical development, document control and IP strategy and management. She held various corporate responsibilities such as management of human resources, scheme of arrangement merger due diligence and R&D tax incentive applications. Ms Harrison also spent 9 years in private practice as a patent and trademark attorney at Watermark, gaining a wealth of experience in the legal framework underscoring commercialisation of technologies. She holds a Master of Science from Manchester University UK, a Certificate in Governance (Practice) from the Governance Institute of Australia, and is a Registered Patent and Trademark Attorney in Australia and Fellow of the Institute of Patent and Trademark Attorneys.
