Kate Price

Kate Price commenced her career practising in commercial litigation before transitioning exclusively to front-end commercial law. Ms Price has experience in a wide range of commercial and corporate matters. Her predominant area of practice is real estate, with a focus on property acquisitions & divestments and the drafting & negotiation of leases (retail, office, industrial and general commercial). She also has experience in business sales and purchases, PPSR matters, option agreements, corporations law (including non-renounceable and renounceable rights issues and shareholders agreements) and other general commercial and corporate law matters.
