Kate Eastoe has extensive commercial and corporate legal experience in negotiating complex transactions, mergers & acquisitions, capital projects, strategic procurement and relationship agreements, corporate governance and regulatory matters across Australia, New Zealand and Asia.
Ms Eastoe holds a Bachelor of Arts, a Bachelor of Laws, a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice, and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
She was admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of NSW in April 1998, and was a director of the Australian and New Zealand Sports Law Association and company secretary of oOh!media.
Ms Eastoe was a finalist for General Counsel of the Year in the 2017 Lawyers Weekly Women in Law Awards.
