Catherine Costello is a professional company director having sold her consultancy Governance Matters in 2017. She has extensive experience in corporate governance, board performance and strategy.
Prior to establishing Governance Matters, she worked in management at a commercial law firm and is an expert in strategy, governance and commercial law. Board experience has spanned commercial, statutory and not-for-profit entities across diverse sectors including banking and finance, engineering, defence, biotech, entertainment, gaming, software, education, employment, housing and accommodation, and professional services.
She is a Director of Whittles Management Services, a trustee of Adelaide Workers' Homes; and a member of the Diocesan Finance Council of the Adelaide Archdiocese of the Catholic Church.
