Karsten Guster

Karsten Guster is the managing director of Crystalise, whose goal is to help clients exceed and sustain their asset’s performance KPIs. Mr Guster has over 20 years of experience in the resources and energy sectors. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering and a Post Graduate Diploma in Project Management, is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Energy, a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, and a former governor of the American Chamber of Commerce.
