Kailan Durrant

Kailan Durrant advises on all aspects of energy and resources law, with a specific focus on the development and operation of resources projects, infrastructure tenure, resources joint venture documentation, land access, co-development, environment, due diligence as well as commercial agreements. He has also advised both Native Title Holders and energy corporations on a wide range of areas including Cultural Heritage Management Agreements and Indigenous Land Use Agreements.

Mr Durrant holds qualifications in Laws (Honours) and Commerce (Accounting and Business Law).
