Professor Julie Quinlivan is a prominent obstetrics and gynaecology consultant, and health services management professional.
She has experience in public and private practice as a medical specialist, and in health services management & the tertiary sector as a former Executive Dean of Medicine and Pro Vice-Chancellor at the University of Notre Dame Australia.
Prof Quinlivan is chair of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Obstetrics and Gynaecology ACT Committee, former chair of the Clinical Senate of Western Australia, and has held numerous senior medical and government roles representing the profession. She is director of the Professional Services Review, responsible for ensuring compliance with MBS and PBS services, and an academic at the Australian National University Medical School. Prof Quinlivan was Curtin University’s Dean of Medicine from April to November 2022.
