Julie McKeesick

Julie McKeesick is experienced in the drafting and negotiation of leases on behalf of landlord and tenant clients for retail, commercial and airport premises. She has assisted on the sale and purchase of retail shopping centre premises including associated due diligence.

Ms McKeesick also has experience in preparing termination notices to tenants in a redevelopment and lease review following a restructure, including obtaining landlord’s consent to change of control.
