Julie Cox joined Craig Mostyn Group in 2012 and led mergers and acquisitions, a key growth platform for the group. Ms Cox was a director of PwC where she had over 30 years of experience in corporate finance, valuations, due diligence, financial modelling and independent expert reports across a range of industries covering agribusiness, food and beverage manufacture, quick service restaurants, banking, mining, energy, utilities and industrial services. She worked in the Perth and Sydney offices of PwC. Prior to PwC, she was at Arthur Andersen and Armstrong Jones Property Group.
Since leaving Craig Mostyn Group in September 2018, Ms Cox had been a company director and has served on the boards of two not-for-profit charities in the arts and as a member of the Energy Reference Group of the Chamber of Minerals & Energy of WA.
Ms Cox is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
