Julie Athanasoff

Julie Athanasoff provides advice in relation to mergers and acquisitions, divestments, IPOs and equity capital raisings, shareholder agreements, legal due diligence, and Corporations Act and ASX Listing Rules compliance. She also assists clients on a wide spectrum of contractual and commercial matters, corporate governance and corporate advisory issues. Prior to joining Gilbert + Tobin, Ms Athanasoff was a partner at Blakiston & Crabb. She worked for national firms in Sydney and Perth and was general counsel at a Western Australian superannuation fund. Ms Athanasoff was named a leading Corporations and Mergers & Acquisitions lawyer in the 2017 edition of The Best Lawyers in Australia.
