Joseph Burke

Joseph Burke graduated from the University of Western Australia with Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Commerce degrees. He was admitted as a lawyer in Western Australia in May 2009 and has experience in a wide range of legal areas. During his time at MDS Legal, he worked on a variety of commercial, property and litigious matters. Mr Burke practises in the areas of general and commercial litigation, focussing on employment law and professional negligence matters.
