Jonathan Riley is an associate in the Squire Patton Boggs' Litigation Practice Group and have acted for national and international clients in a range of corporate and commercial disputes.He has experience in a number of industry sectors including energy and resources, projects, manufacturing and financial services. Mr Riley also assists with contentious matters and on all aspects of legislative and regulatory compliance. He has particular expertise in corporate and personal insolvency, competition and consumer law, contractual disputes, access to documents held by government agencies and issues arising under the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth). Mr Riley is experienced in matters heard by various courts and tribunals, and has appeared in the Magistrates Court of Western Australia and the Federal Court of Australia.
