Jonathan Morley-Kirk

Jonathan Morley-Kirk has over 10 years of experience as a non-executive director, chair and company secretary of AIM and TSX listed companies mainly in natural resources, energy and investments sectors. He had undertaken several IPOs, acquisitions and mergers, as well as standard finance function activities (cost base, strategic planning, financial restructuring, mentoring teams). He also has extensive international structuring and tax planning experience in emerging economies.
