Jonathan Garland

Jonathan Garland is a general counsel and company secretary with extensive in-house experience in general commercial and corporate advice, ASX-listed company secretarial duties, shareholder activism defence, class actions, litigation, and dealing with domestic and international regulators.

Mr Garland was the general counsel and company secretary of Myer Holdings and was in the corporate and M&A teams of three top-tier law firms (including a secondment to a major UK retail bank).
