John Riolino has over 20 years of professional experience in accounting, tax, and business services. He has worked for various accounting practices including 10 years at Big Four firms. Mr Riolino has provided accounting, taxation and other services to high networth individuals, and owners & managers of small private enterprises right through to large public companies. He has knowledge of the various structures including trusts, companies, partnerships and superannuation funds. Mr Riolino specialises in financial statements, tax compliance and planning (including income tax, capital gains tax, fringe benefits tax and salary packaging), growth restructuring and consulting, hands-on day-to day business advice, overview of client corporate secretarial compliance, budget and cash flow forecasting, estate planning and asset protection. Mr Riolino graduated from Edith Cowan University with a Bachelor of Business (majoring in Accounting) and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Western Australia. He is a Chartered Tax Adviser of the Tax Institute and a Member of the Chartered Accountants, Australia and New Zealand.
