John Palermo

John Palermo was a chartered accountant with over 29 years of experience in public practice. His main areas of expertise were corporate services and company administration with his main focus in mining and exploration, and biotechnology.

After commencing his career as an auditor, he was the principal in practice from 1978 until 2006.

Mr Palermo also had extensive management, corporate and directorial experience. He was chair and company secretary of several public companies, both listed and unlisted.

Mr Palermo passed away in March 2015.
