John Moore

Hon John Moore AO held a distinguished career in business and politics including terms as the Minister of Defense and Federal Minister for Industry, Science and Tourism in the Australian Government from 1996 to 1998. From 1998 to 2001, Hon Moore was Federal Minister of Defence of Australia. Prior to entering Parliament, he was a Member of Brisbane Stock Exchange for twelve years and also a Member of the ASX. Hon Moore holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Associate in Accountancy from the University of Queensland, Australia.
