John Flood

John Flood has over 40 years of industrial and employee relations experience. Since joining Mapien in 2007, Mr Flood has specialised in construction and new development projects in the Australian oil and gas industry. He was involved in the development of strategic plans for companies and contractors and on projects in the Timor Sea, the North West Shelf of Western Australia, Bass Strait and New Zealand. He also worked closely with the construction and maritime unions to finalise agreements. Mr Flood has delivered numerous training courses including advocacy, negotiations and termination of employment contracts in conjunction with many presentations and papers on labour relations matters.
