Joe Scholz is an experienced environmental engineer and hydrologist. He has been investigating the link between the indoor environment and health & wellbeing, and how these may be rated and then improved in buildings around Australia.
Mr Scholz has been a member of numerous industry groups and professional associations dealing with the built environment including as CASANZ Indoor Air Quality SIG Chair, the Property Council Sustainable Development Committee (WA), Green Star Certified Assessor and faculty member, and a technical expert for air quality on the Green Star Performance Rating Tool.
Mr Scholz has presented at numerous conferences and releases, and is a WELL Accredited Professional (WELL AP), a WELL Performance Testing Agent, and the lead for QED WELL Performance Testing Organisation.
