Jodie Moule co-founded Symplicit Pty Ltd in 2002 and built the company into one of Australia’s leading user experience, digital strategy and design and innovation consultancy businesses. Prior to the world of customer-led innovation, Ms Moule worked in the service industry and retail world as well as clinical and organisational psychology.
