Jock Inness-Campbell deals with a wide variety of commercial and insurance related disputes. He acts for professional indemnity insurers in relation to valuation, engineering, accounting, municipal officers and authorities. He has also defended claims for property damage, product liability, construction and infrastructure disputes, and is regularly involved in dispute resolution by ADR, mediation and trial. Mr Campbell advises a number of construction and mining companies, suppliers, consultants and contractors in disputes relating to major construction projects, as well as utility providers and infrastructure operators in disputes regarding the provision of services.
