Joanne Hill is a proud Noongar and Ngadju woman with a Bachelor of Business and qualifications in Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Health, Telecommunications, Sports Development, and Indigenous Mentoring. Since September 2018, Ms Hill has been the managing director of Marrak Holdings, an indigenous-owned and operated company which creates employment opportunities through its cleaning, civil and mining, and recruitment entities. Prior to that, she was a consultant at Indigenous Professional Services in Bunbury for over 2 years and a centre manager of WA Police & Community Youth Centres for over 4 years.
